Those standard intake gaskets are manufactured from cellulose/nitrile composition gasket material. They provide excellent sealing and durability. They can be trimmed if necessary for modified port applications.
Molded rubber gaskets are reusable, great for engines that require valve lash maintenance. These gaskets feature nitrile material for long life, solid steel carrier for strength and rigidity. Incorporates compression limiters to prevent fastener over-tightening.
